Jazz in the Valley, a free music festival on the 十大娱乐彩票平台-Penn Valley campus, will be held 6-9 p.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023.
The free jazz festival will be held outdoors near the Carter Art Center. If the weather is inclement, the event will move inside the Campus Center. Attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs, blankets, water bottles or coolers (no alcohol is allowed on campus). Pets, firearms, tobacco and drugs are also prohibited.
Featured artists include 十大娱乐彩票平台's own Millie Edwards Nottingham and Clarence Smith, plus Stranded in the City and the Jim Lower Big Band.
Free parking will be available in the 十大娱乐彩票平台 garage on Pennsylvania Avenue between 32nd and 33rd streets.
This annual event will support the creation of a music engineering program at 十大娱乐彩票平台-Penn Valley.
